As we value our personal and our guests privacy, please do not post any pictures of the Bella Vita, inside or out and/or any private transportation taken on social media.

SHOES

High heeled shoes and shoes with hard soles are unpopular on yachts as they can damage the teak decks. Please feel free to pack them for the shore, but please remove them when boarding the yacht. No shoes are allowed in the interior due to custom carpets and finishes. NB: The decks are very hot and it is advised to bring a pair of non marking deck shoes, preferably with a white sole (Crocs - the crew wear the literide pacer range, Swims, Sperry, Adidas, Dubarry, Helly Hansen, Slam, Musto to name a few)

SMOKING

For reasons regarding safety BELLA VITA does not permit smoking inside the yacht. However, smoking will be permitted out on the deck with permission from Mr or Mrs Adair.

LUGGAGE

Please try to bring soft bags if you can, as the storage space for a large number of hard suitcases is limited onboard.

LAUNDRY

WE SADLY DO NOT HAVE BIG ENOUGH FACILITIES TO DO GUEST LAUNDRY. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH CLOTHING FOR THE FULL DURATION OF YOUR STAY.

ELECTRICITY

Voltage onboard BELLA VITA is 220 volts (50 hertz) with Italian plugs. 110 Volt appliances will be damaged, please be sure to check your appliance is 220v and 110v compatible.

NB: Please bring adaptors to match the two prong Italian plug sockets.

COMMUNICATION

BELLA VITA is equipped with satellite communication systems, VSAT internet, and a VOIP phone line.

PRINTER AND SCANNER

Available for guests onboard.

TV

DirectTV channels can be accessed via satellite in US waters. Please let us know in advance if there is a specific sports game/event we need to subscribe to for your trip. Over 1,000 movies are available onboard via the Movie System which is available in each guest cabin and all guest areas throughout the yacht. There are also 300 music albums and playlists.

MUSIC

Should you wish to bring your own iPod/iPhone or iPad, there are Apple airplay facilities onboard and a dockaging station in the tender. For Android users please download music cast to connect the streaming facilities on external decks.

INTERNET

WiFi connection is available and internet is provided through VSAT. Wireless access is provided throughout the yacht with an upload speed of 125kps and download speed of 0.5 mbs. This is shared bandwidth and streaming and continuous downloading is not possible.

BATTERY PACKS

There are 8 batteries that can be taken on excursions.

SUNSCREEN

As everyone knows, the sun can be dangerous, particularly on yachts where there is a tremendous amount of reflected light off the water. BELLA VITA will provide sun creams, and sprays from a selection of brands ranging from 30 SPF to 80 SPF on all decks and the tender. Should you wish to bring your own sun protection please feel free to do so, but kindly avoid any oil-based products as these could stain the decks.

HOUSE RULES

Please do not enter the interior wet or sit on the interior furniture with wet clothing as it causes damage.

BATHROOMS IN CABINS

All guest cabins have en-suite bathrooms and are provided with 2 bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer to use during your stay, and toiletries including: shower gel, body lotion, Lady toiletries, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner.

NB: Please do not use the white face towels to remove makeup, there are black labelled towels in each cabin.

VISA & ENTRY FORMALITIES

Depending on areas traveled and nationalities of guests there may be Visa or vaccination requirements. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that he/she meets the travel requirements.

SAFETY

Upon your arrival the Captain will explain the various safety systems onboard. There will also be a safety demonstration film in your cabin playing on arrival. If you have any questions regarding your safety please do not hesitate to ask the Captain, or Crew Members.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION

All young children must be supervised by their parents and/or a nanny at all times.

SCUBA

For certified divers only. If it is your charter party’s intention to SCUBA, pre-arrangement will be required. You will also need to provide a copy of your current SCUBA certification and apply for DAN (Divers Alert Network) personal insurance.

MEDICAL

BELLA VITA offers MedAire offshore medical kits, and offshore medical support in case of an emergency. There are basic medical supplies onboard for seasickness, headaches, etc., along with a full medical and/or first-aid kit onboard.

MASSAGE THERAPY

We can make this service Available onboard. Please let us know in advance so we can see if this service can be provided in the specific destination.

DRUGS

The possession, transportation, or use of any illegal drugs, including marijuana, or any weapons including firearms is strictly prohibited onboard BELLA VITA.
